Rules for using Mbooka responsibly.

This policy explains what users can and cannot do with Mbooka accounts, websites, commerce tools, bookings, content, and integrations. Last updated: May 6, 2026.

Acceptable Use

Users may use Mbooka to create business websites, manage inquiries, bookings, products, payments, media, follow-ups, email workflows, and related business operations.

Users must provide accurate account and business information, keep login details secure, and use the platform only for lawful business activity.

Users are responsible for the content they publish, the products or services they offer, and the customer data they collect through their websites and dashboards.

Prohibited Activity

Do not use Mbooka for fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, malware, spam, harassment, hate, exploitation, illegal goods or services, or content that violates applicable law.

Do not attempt to bypass plan limits, payment checks, authentication, domain controls, storage limits, rate limits, or any security feature.

Do not upload or publish content you do not have the right to use, including copyrighted images, videos, logos, trademarks, or personal data collected without permission.

Do not interfere with the platform, scrape private data, attack infrastructure, probe vulnerabilities without authorization, or disrupt other users.

Websites, Domains, And Content

Tenant websites must clearly represent the actual business or organization using the account.

Mbooka may suspend, restrict, or remove websites, domains, accounts, content, or integrations that create security, legal, payment, abuse, or platform reliability risk.

Temporary subdomain and DNS provisioning is provided to make customer-facing websites reachable, but users remain responsible for lawful and accurate website content.

Payments And Customer Workflows

Users must only request legitimate payments for real goods or services and must honor refunds, cancellations, delivery, booking, and customer obligations required by law or their own policies.

Payment provider rules may also apply. Mbooka can limit payment features if misuse, chargeback risk, suspicious activity, or provider compliance concerns arise.

Enforcement

Mbooka may investigate suspected misuse and may warn, limit, suspend, or terminate accounts or features when needed to protect customers, users, providers, or the platform.

Repeated or serious violations may result in permanent account closure and retention of relevant records for fraud prevention, compliance, or dispute resolution.
